Warranty Information

Coverage

SSUPD provides a non-transferable warranty to the original purchaser of SSUPD products purchased directly from SSUPD’s official website or authorized retailers, unless otherwise stated. This warranty guarantees that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period starting from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to secondary owners.

Local laws may grant additional rights that this warranty does not affect. The warranty ensures that the product will operate according to its published technical specifications under intended conditions during the warranty period.

Warranty Periods

  • Computer enclosures and parts: 2 years
  • Refurbished or factory reconditioned products: 1 year (replacement-only)

Remedies

If a product is determined to have a defect covered by the warranty, SSUPD will, at its discretion:

  1. Repair or replace the product, or
  2. Refund the purchase price minus a 10% usage fee.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and may incur shipping costs, customs duties, or other fees. SSUPD reserves the right to use refurbished parts or replacement products that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.

Repaired or replacement products are covered under the original warranty period or for 14 days, whichever is longer, or as required by local law.

Conditions for Warranty Service

The following conditions apply to this limited warranty:

  1. The product must be used as intended under normal operating conditions.
  2. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, shipping, unauthorized modifications, or accidents is not covered.
  3. Proof of purchase must be retained and provided for warranty claims.
  4. The product's serial number must remain intact and clearly identifiable.
  5. No warranty extension is granted for any replacement part(s) provided under this warranty.
  6. Products returned with no defect will be subject to return shipping costs and labor charges.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from use.
  • Damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, or improper electrical current.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
  • Counterfeit products or items determined by SSUPD to have been manufactured by unauthorized parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • SSUPD is not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or use, even if advised of such possibilities.
  • SSUPD's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply in your location.

Special Warranty Terms in the European Union

For products sold in the European Union, a minimum warranty period of 2 years is provided for new products, and 1 year for refurbished products, as required by local laws.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Before filing a claim, please visit our Support Center to explore troubleshooting resources. Many common issues can be resolved without submitting a warranty claim.

To file a warranty claim:

  1. Gather the required details:
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
    • Product serial number.
    • A detailed description of the defect with supporting visual evidence (photos or videos).
  2. Visit the Support Page and submit the warranty claim form.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original or equivalent packaging. Improperly packed items may be rejected.
  4. Retain tracking information for your shipment. SSUPD is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Claims are processed within 10–15 business days upon receipt of the product, subject to parts availability.

Products Lost or Damaged During Transit

When returning a product, use the original packaging or equivalent materials to ensure proper protection. Items arriving with damage or inadequate packaging will be rejected and returned at the sender’s expense. SSUPD is not liable for shipping damage or loss. Use a shipping service with tracking to avoid issues.

Post-Warranty Services

For products out of warranty, repair services may be available for a fee. Visit the Support Page for more details about options, costs, and availability.

Extended Warranty Offer

You can extend your warranty from 2 years to 3 years by following these steps:

  • Prepare Your Details:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Order Number
    • Product Serial Number
    • Proof of Purchase
    • Review Screenshot (if applicable)
  • Visit the Warranty Extend Page and complete the form.
  • Double-check all provided details and submit the ticket.
  • SSUPD will review your submission, and upon successful verification, you will receive an extended warranty certificate via email.

Important Notes:

  • The extended warranty is only available for purchases made from SSUPD’s official platforms.
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory. If unavailable, the warranty period will be determined based on the product’s serial number.

Additional Fees on International Orders

Prices listed on SSUPD’s website include the product cost and shipping only. Additional fees such as customs duties, taxes, and broker fees may apply when your order arrives in your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

We recommend considering these costs when estimating your total expenses. SSUPD is not liable for these additional fees.
