Product Returns and Refund Policy

Returns must be initiated through our Support page by creating a ticket and following the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and restocking fees may apply for certain returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed as separate transactions. Initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

Payment Terms

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are included in the invoice total. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. SSUPD is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
