  • Requests submitted after 14 days of receiving your order may not be eligible for a refund unless otherwise required by law.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in original condition with no signs of damage, modification, or improper use.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Be purchased directly from SSUPD.co. Items purchased from third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Newegg, local distributors) must follow the retailer’s return process.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Discounted or clearance products.
  • Open-box, used, or good-condition items sold as-is.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Gift cards or digital codes.

Return & Refund Scenarios

Before Shipment – Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled anytime before the order is shipped.
  • No fees apply for cancellations made before shipment.

In-Transit – Shipment Already Sent

  • Once the order is shipped and in transit, a return can still be requested.
  • The package must first be delivered and then returned following the standard return process.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

After Delivery – Within 14 Days

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers cover return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after inspection.
  • The product must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Restricted Returns

  • Orders older than 14 days of receiving your order are only accepted with prior approval and may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Resolution Options:

Replacement Parts: If under warranty, parts will be shipped at no cost.

Refund Details

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7–15 business days after the returned product is inspected.

Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.

Bundle Purchases: If returning part of a bundle, the value of any discount applied to the bundle will be deducted from the refund amount.

Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.

International Returns
